Comprehensive Facility Directory
Explore the facility's directory and find contact information for units and occupants. Users have the option to publish their phone number and name. Pentfield Hamlet also hosts emergency contacts saved by the Facility Managers, allowing you to dial for help straight from the app during emergencies.
Hassle Free Visitor scheduling
Planning a visit from friends or colleagues? Schedule guest visits with Pentfield Hamlet and send "Guest Access Cards" to your visitors. The facility security team verifies these access cards, granting access to the facility, ensuring a smooth, organized and secure process.
Digital ID Management
Users have a unique digital ID that verifies them as members of the facility, complete with an image and a unique ID. You may also add dependents to your profile, and they'll receive their own digital IDs. Hamlet Manager enables facility managers to print hard copies of IDs. IDs are Scanned with the Hamlet Security App for instant authentication.
Transaction History
Track every payment you make to the facility using Pentfield Hamlet. Whether successful or unsuccessful, the transaction details are saved for your convenience. Share payment advice through Bluetooth, email or social media
Emergency Alerts
In case of emergencies, activate the one-click emergency button, and an alarm is triggered on the Hamlet Manager and Pentfield Hamlet Security mobile app while sending SMS alerts every few minutes for 20 minutes to all emergency contacts, requesting assistance. Additionally, Pentfield Hamlet pinpoints the location of the emergency on the site-map and geographic map, making it easier for responders to act swiftly.
Navigation Made Easy
Explore the facility's site-map, uploaded by the facility managers. offices, residential units, and shops are tagged with relevant information for easy identification. During emergencies, the affected tagged locations flash red, displaying crucial emergency information. Furthermore, our integration with Google Maps provides real-time geodata, allowing you to locate units and navigate effortlessly.
